As Producer for the Scoot campaign, I managed end-to-end production logistics, overseeing manpower, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across all stages. I was responsible for budget management, location coordination, and securing visas and overseas fixers. On set, I directed talents, captured b-roll footage, and ensured all creative outputs met quality standards while staying on schedule and within budget.
