As Producer for the SCDF campaign, I managed the end-to-end production process, from overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensuring high-quality creative execution. I worked closely with clients to align on objectives, manage feedback, and keep deliverables on track. Internally, I coordinated with the creative team, freelancers, location and on-ground crew to manage workflows and ensure smooth production.
