As Producer, I managed the end-to-end production process, from overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensuring high-quality creative execution. I worked closely with creative to align on objectives, manage feedback, and keep deliverables on track. Internally, I coordinated with the creative team, freelancers, locations and on-ground crew to manage workflows and ensure smooth production. I also led the music production process to ensure it complemented the campaign’s tone and messaging.
